Terms and Conditions: Laced Laundry Sneaker Cleaning and Restoration Services Agreement
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Laced Laundry ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("you" or "your") in relation to the sneaker cleaning and restoration services provided by the Company.
1.2 By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Service Scope
2.1 SBW STUDIO provides sneaker cleaning and restoration services as described on our website, promotional materials, or other agreed-upon communication.
2.2 Any additional services requested by you beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.
Customer Responsibilities
3.1 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the sneakers and any specific cleaning or restoration requirements.
3.2 You must ensure that the sneakers you submit for cleaning and restoration are free from hazardous substances, illegal materials, or any other items that may cause harm or damage.
3.3 You agree to remove any personal or valuable items from the sneakers before submitting them to SBW STUDIO.
Pricing and Payment
4.1 The pricing for our services is detailed on our website or provided through other means of communication.
4.2 All prices are quoted in the local currency and are subject to applicable taxes or fees. 4.3 Payment is due in full upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.4 SBW STUDIO reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but such changes will not affect services for which you have already made payment.
Liability and Limitations
5.1 SBW STUDIO will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its services. However, we do not guarantee the restoration of sneakers to their original condition or the removal of all stains, discolorations, or damages.
5.2 SBW STUDIO shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of sneakers or any other personal property left in the sneakers during the cleaning or restoration process.
5.3 SBW STUDIO shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear that may become more apparent during the cleaning or restoration process.
5.4 You acknowledge that some sneakers may be more delicate or susceptible to damage during the cleaning or restoration process, and you agree to assume any associated risks.
Intellectual Property
6.1 You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the intellectual property in any logos, designs, or other materials you provide to Laced Laundry for the purpose of customization or restoration.
6.2 You grant SBW STUDIO a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such intellectual property solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
Confidentiality
7.1SBW STUDIO agrees to treat all information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform the services or as required by law.
Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
8.2 In the event of termination, you shall pay for any completed services rendered up to the date of termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brisbane, Australia.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brisbane, Australia.
